What test do you honestly recommend for this or the 33? I’m leaning towards the hamskea epsilon but I’m not sure if I want the extra cord running all the way down to the limb. Also would be epsilon work with the Mathews low pro quiver?
60 yrs old
25 @ 55. what would be my speed?
If you so brilliant why don't matter hire you to improve his bows ? You really value your opinion
With 55lb mods, what's the lowest draw weight this bow can safely go down to ?
Picked mine up today I got it at 80lbs because at 80 it’s no exaggeration easier feeling than my Bowtech SR6 at 70. (Especially the let down) My tech asked me if I had watched the MFJJ review as if it was a prerequisite.
Just saw your tac video didnt relise you did so much more this is awesome buddy thanks for the video. Looking at one myself right now
Would love to have u do a vid with the Mathews lift with 55 lb mods on it and back the limb bolts out to the the max to see what pound it will go down to for those of us that have lower poundage draw weights would be interested to know if the lift will work for us . Of course my bow shops have not got hands on 55lb mods yet
Very fair review. He is just as hard on Matthew’s equipment as he is on any other brand, even budget products. He gave it a 3 for tunability because that’s a fair number. Anyone claiming he’s excessively pro Matthew’s has to deal with that fact. Decided to hold off on Bear Alaskan XT and saving another 6 months for the lift. I want to try it after watching this. Great vid
You have done videos in the past that letoff does not effect speed , so how come they get an added 4 fps ?
My Bowtech RPM 360 is the smoothest-drawing speed bow I have ever had the pleasure of owning. At 26.5" draw length (27" measured), 64#, it shoots my 385 grain arrows at 285 FPS. The draw cycle is smooth as all get-out, and the way I have it set up at 85{630010b1cc5a9ac0a9a7c62489aa4347e5eef65f314f859c523dfb62b1590fc4} let-off, I can practically hold it forever.
Issue is why even buy all different mods when bows like Elites actually offer that in one mod that is all easily adjustable.
Biased af people
Wait wait! U gave pse a 4
3-4 becuz u said you wana see longer than 30” bow! But you give this bow a 5 on ata???? Wtf!!!???? Lmao smh
Y is this bow so inconsistent with velocity’s???? Junk
I think I may be the only person who did not like the lift. Although the price to own one may have soured me before I shot it. But to pay that much for a bow, then to get charged more on accessories to get the special "Mathews" brackets to be integrated.. Or now you need these bridge lock stabilizers instead that cost 3 times as much… its too much
This is a beautiful bow. Been shooting it now for three months. My only complaint is the draw cycle. And that's not very a big complaint
Another great review, thank you. I went back and watched your Phase 4 29 review. Phase 4 was 330 fps. Lift 29.5 is 333 fps. Not enough to move the needle for me, especially if the draw cycle is any stiffer than Phase 4. For me the upgrade decision will be about the weight savings versus my Phase 4. The lighter weight is very impressive.
You can't mark down for ATA and brace height if you didn't make sure the strings were to factory spec. Twist the String, Cables and yokes to stated factory spec, then check ATA and Brace height.
Mathews had one mission one job and that was the fix the grip and they failed to do it
Just looked st this bow today and felt comfortable with it. Ove always owned matthews shots others, but After this review you just sold me on it!
